Career Exploration

This activity helps students explore a range of STEM careers, identify those that align with their interests, and reflect on required skills and education. Students select and examine three careers in detail, fostering personal connections to potential career paths.

This activity is perfect for exploring Computer Science Careers during CSEdWeek, but is also well-suited for integration as students explore different STEM topics and fields in their coursework.

  • Briefly discuss with students the diversity of STEM fields showcased.
  • Explain the orientation of the webpage, including categories such as Career Categories and viewing options. They can either use the “Category View” or scroll through the “Carousel View” for quick browsing.
